Preschool Application
To apply, students must be at least age 3 before August 1.
4-Phase Enrollment
Phase 1: Parents who are interested in enrolling their child(ren) in the Little Falcons Preschool should begin by completing the Preschool Application. (Note that this is different than Final Forms which is the last step in this process.)
- All applications should be completed before the preschool screening dates.
- Parents will be notified whether their child is considered eligible for the 2024-2025 school year. Preference will be based on age.
Phase 2: If determined eligible, a screening time will be scheduled.
Phase 3: After the screening, if admitted, families would then complete the registration process.
Phase 4: Once the required documents (see below) have been presented and registration has been approved, families will be set up in Final Forms, Hillsdale's online enrollment system.

Students will be enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis, with four-year-olds being prioritized. At this time, the district is not accepting out-of-district students.
All students must be potty trained before starting preschool unless the student is identified with special needs through the multifactored evaluation process.
Families will need to provide a copy of their child's
- birth certificate,
- immunization record,
- proof of residency, and
- custody papers, if they apply.
- Also, the photo ID of a parent/guardian will be needed for registration.
Students must provide documentation of a medical exam no later than 30 days following the beginning of preschool. Dental exams are also strongly recommended.
